Continuous training and its impact on the motivation of the employees of the Municipal Institute of Education, Caserío el Espinalar, Monjas, Jalapa

OBJECTIVE: as a requirement of the graduation profile of the Master's Degree in Human Resources Administration, the thesis entitled "Continuous training and its incidence in the motivation of the collaborators of the Municipal Institute of Education, Caserío El Espinalar, Monjas, Jalapa", was carried out on The objective was to determine the incidence of continuous training in the motivation of the employees of said establishment. METHOD: the research was quantitative. The independent variable was continuous training and the dependent variable was work motivation. To obtain the information, a Rensis Likert Likert scale test was used. RESULTS: the results are presented in the form of tables, graphs and through Pearson's regression and correlation analysis. The regression equation and correlation coefficient were established. The research had a correlational scope. A total population analysis was performed. The instruments used were the motivation questionnaire of the author Marshall Sashkin, Ph.D, based on Maslow's theories of needs and an instrument elaborated in its own way. Likert scale. CONCLUSION: it was concluded that continuous training affects work motivation, therefore the null hypothesis is not rejected.
