OBJECTIVE: to learn about the specific motor skills through the student learning process and their acquisition, typical of the Anesthesiology and Inhalotherapy profession, assuming the understanding, meaning and value for their own skills training process. METHOD: it became necessary to use methods such as empirical and theoretical whose support is the method based on the dialectical-materialist, as an epistemological tool that enables the coherent worldview foundation of the process and its products, as well as being part of the analysis and behavior qualitative and quantitative of the object under investigation. For the population that was taken as the object of study, there was a total of 100 students surveyed studying Module IV "Anesthetic Conditions Patient-Procedure" of the University of El Salvador, Year 2021, taking 10 of them to interview them. RESULTS: 60% of the students identify that there is almost always a need to perfect specific motor skills prior to their internships in the hospital area. CONCLUSION: According to what is proposed from the theoretical point of view and the qualitative and quantitative results, it is timely provide the possibility of performing in conditions close to the reality of the chosen profession, it is in that circumstance where what has been learned becomes significant and relevant in the future.
