A Virtual environments and their influence on academic performance

OBJECTIVE: to analyze the influence that virtual environments have on the academic training of students in Economic Sciences Careers, in relation to educational training. In this context, the following question arises: What is the influence that virtual environments have on the academic training of students? METHOD: it is based on a quantitative investigation, in a descriptive, correlational, non-experimental way, the information collected was through a questionnaire elaborated through a google forms form, with a population of 66 students, which allowed to have a better panorama on academic performance, the study was established by means of a non-probabilistic sampling, which allowed observing and analyzing the data obtained. RESULTS: it is shown that virtual environments have contributed to the educational training of students, because they have had the opportunity to work and study with the support of educational platforms and tools. CONCLUSION: the students adopted virtual environments in a timely manner, through the use of platforms that have various virtual tools, which positively influenced academic performance.
