About the Journal

The scientific journal of the Postgraduate Studies System (SEP) of the University of San Carlos de Guatemala (USAC), was created and approved by the Board of Directors of the SEP in Point Ninth, Item 9.2 of Act 15-2017, it pursues several objectives, Among which it is important to highlight: make unpublished publications, provide a space for academic and scientific dissemination under the criteria and rigor that science and technology currently dictate, but also the journal seeks to generate academia, in terms of the processes and protocols of publication of scientific articles as well as contribute to the solution of problems, through the study, analysis, discussion and publication of different research aimed at responding to the needs and problems of society.
