Focal nodular hyperplasia is the second most prevalent benign liver disease. It is often an incidental discovery, most patients are asymptomatic. Up to 90% of the time, contrast-enhanced ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging are diagnostic and biopsy is no longer necessary, in addition to the fact that a high percentage does not require surgical treatment if it does not manifest itself or causes compression of adjacent structures. The case of a symptomatic 27-year-old female patient is presented.
